It is estimated 30 million pairs of converse are sold each year to over 160 countries across the globe. And I am one of those many who have contributed in keeping capitalism afloat.....and I say "Thank You Nike".
I receiving my first pair of AQUA coloured chucks in 1991. A family member had returned from the states bearing gifts and they were 2 sizes too large. But back then I didn't care how many pairs of socks I had to wear, I was determined to make those beauties fit because.... I thought I was cool.
And now 23 years and 5 pairs later. I still can't get enough of chuck.
